Leeuwarden Student City 2028
We offer the Dutch city of Leeuwarden opportunities to develop from an educational city to a student city. On the basis of future scenarios, we conduct an exploration of what Leeuwarden may look like as a student city in the future. The future scenarios will be target-seeking scenarios that are specifically designed. This means that these differ in the degree of ambition where stakeholders can choose from.
